Using Pergamano Craft, I made this delicate frame out of parchment paper, traced the design with White ink, embossed and perforated where required then did some stippling around the edges to add a special finishing touch.

Place this on top of that memorable photo and add to your wedding scrapbook album or to any special scrapbooking project. You can also use this as a finishing touch to wedding place cards.
