How we deal with Returns 'n Exchanges

Because we'd like you to be happy with your purchase, we will exchange an item whether or not is has been shipped to you should you change your mind, as long as:

  • your order has not been custom made, that is, using your theme or colour scheme or any specs we receive from you
  • you inform us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it
  • it is not damaged
  • it's still in its original packaging.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can give you a record number for this return. Please send the item back to us within 30 days.

As you can understand, any item you return to us that is damaged and not in its original packaging will not be exchanged. Please read our Damaged Goods Policy below.

Damaged Goods Policy

Charms 'n Nuggets takes utmost care in packaging and shipping items that have been handmade for you, but we have no control over shipping and handling of these items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, if the item you receive is damaged.

We will gladly exchange the item if:

  • you inform us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, AND
  • the damaged item is returned to us within 30 days in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

We will refund your money should you change your mind after we receive your payment if you're not happy with the item/s you bought. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item/s and post them back within 30 days with the original packaging.

We will not be able to issue you a refund, though, if the item:

  1. was on Sale, or
  2. is custom made, that is, using any specs we receive from you, or
  3. is damaged, or
  4. is not with its original packaging
